Innosight is seeking an Associate to join our consulting team in Zurich, Switzerland, with a hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days on-site weekly. The role focuses on growth strategy, innovation, and delivering client-ready insights through structured problem solving and clear communication.

You will collaborate across engagement teams, manage workstreams, and leverage generative AI to inform recommendations, with opportunities to engage senior leaders early in your career.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years delivering strategy work in top-tier consulting or internal corporate strategy/transformations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong academic record.
• Ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems using data-driven approaches.
• Familiarity with generative AI concepts and tools and their business applications.

Aufgaben

• Foster team collaboration and strengthen team capabilities across workstreams.
• Take ownership of workstreams, structure problems, plan analyses, and deliver results.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables including analyses, presentations, and insights.
• Apply Innosight IP and emerging technologies, including generative AI, to inform recommendations.
• Lead and manage strategic client recommendations and communicate findings to clients.
