Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead the modernization of the organization’s asset management solution through the IT Asset Management (ITAM) module.

The role focuses on replacing the legacy system, enhancing asset visibility, lifecycle tracking, and audit compliance while integrating with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Security Operations, and GRC. The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring requirements are captured

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow projects (ITAM/ITSM).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and solutions.

Aufgaben

• Lead the business analysis workstream for ServiceNow ITAM/HAM implementations.
• Define and document end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle processes.
• Document current/future-state asset management processes with process maps and workflows.
• Analyze and document integration requirements between ITAM/HAM and other enterprise systems.
