Zusammenfassung

Bart & Associates, Inc. seeks an Application Workflow SME to support the Defense Health Agency's CBIS program. You will sustain and modernize the EIM platform, an OpenText-based ECM/BPM system, hosted in AWS GovCloud, serving DHA workflows for service members and families.

You will advise on current and future product versions, coordinate with OpenText services, and help shape upgrade cadences and UI/workflow improvements with a focus on compliance with DoDI 5015.02 and NARA requirements.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Computer Science; master’s degree desirable.
• 10+ years of technical experience in Health IT and secure automated enterprise content management systems.
• Minimum of five years of experience in Content Management Systems and Business Process Management.
• CompTIA Security+ certification is required.

Aufgaben

• Provide expertise in ECM and BPM products, especially OpenText AppWorks and Content Server.
• Advise Government and technical teams on using EIM/BPM COTS products to meet workflow requirements.
• Recommend upgrade cadences for current and future versions of products.
• Assess impact of new workflow requirements and support effort estimates for various sizes.
• Collaborate with functional teams to improve user workflows, wireframes, data models and proofs of concept.
• Support records management aligned with NARA and DoDI 5015.02 requirements.
• Coordinate with OpenText Professional Services on activities needing manufacturer expertise.
• Assist with training materials and system administrator guides when functionality changes.
