TrendAI, the enterprise AI security unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Country Sales Director to lead Switzerland and Austria. You will own the full sales team, drive growth across all account segments, and build a high-performing organization.

We expect a seasoned leader with a strong track record in software/SaaS or cybersecurity, fluent in German and English, and capable of owning a country P&L while guiding the team to ambitious targets.

Qualifikationen

• Seasoned sales leader with experience building and scaling teams in regulated markets.
• Proven track record across SMB, Commercial and Enterprise segments in EMEA.
• Background in software/SaaS or cybersecurity and complex sales cycles.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop a sales team across Switzerland and Austria.
• Own hiring, onboarding and development to scale the organisation.
• Drive pipeline reviews, forecasting and CRM discipline.
• Manage country P&L and revenue targets across all segments.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, customer success and product.
