Zusammenfassung

DEPT® is seeking a Project Manager in Zürich to create exciting technological projects with top-level design and usability for our clients. This Zurich-based role sits in the Experience & Engineering unit, delivering strategy, performance-driven campaigns, e-commerce, data analytics and content.

You will coordinate complex projects, manage stakeholders, and lead an interdisciplinary team across locations. Fluency in German and English, 3+ years in client-facing roles, and PM experience are

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing agency role or in direct consulting with clients in a corporate environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects.
• Experience in (multi-)project management and standard/Agile project methods and tools (e.g. Asana or Jira).
• Skilled in creating cost overviews and offers.
• Able to design project plans with milestones and dependencies.

Aufgaben

• Planning, coordination and implementation of complex online and e-commerce projects, ensuring milestones are met.
• Manage the entire project from proposal to monitoring key figures to deliver on time and within budget.
• Act as central interface between internal/external stakeholders and implementation teams.
• Advise and support clients with a confident, proactive approach.
• Utilize stakeholder management, risk management, controlling and reporting expertise.
• Lead an interdisciplinary project team across locations and stay in regular contact.
