DEPT® in Zurich is seeking a Project Manager to create exciting technological projects with the best design and first‑class usability together with our client. You will lead complex online and e-commerce initiatives across multiple disciplines, ensuring milestones are met and projects stay on time and on budget.

This role requires 3+ years in a client‑facing agency or corporate consulting, fluent German and English, and hands‑on experience with digital project delivery and tools like Asana or

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a client-facing agency role or in direct consulting of clients in a corporate environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• Practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects.
• Experience in (multi-)project management and in classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Asana or Jira).
• Skilled in creating cost overviews and offers.
• Design project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients.
• Work independently and manage interdisciplinary teams across locations.

JOB PURPOSE

This position sits in our Zurich-based Experience & Engineering business unit. We deliver many services, from strategy and a performance-driven full-funnel approach to campaigning, e-commerce, data & analytics and content. For our team in Switzerland, we are looking for a Project Manager who will create exciting technological projects with the best design and first-class usability together with our client.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Planning, coordination and implementation of complex online and e-commerce projects, always keeping an eye on the fulfillment of milestones.
• Manage the entire project from the preparation of the offer to the control of the relevant key figures in order to realize the project on time and in budget.
• You are a central interface in the communication and clarification of requirements and needs between internal and external stakeholders as well as with our implementing expert teams.
• When advising and supporting our customers, you will impress them with your confident and proactive manner.
• Use your knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling and reporting.
• On a day-to-day basis, you will lead an interdisciplinary project team, also across locations, and will be in regular, close contact with each other.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• You have at least 3+ years of experience in a client-facing agency-role or in direct, competent and trustworthy consulting of clients in a corporate environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
• You have practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects.
• You already have experience in (multi-)project management as well as the classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Asana or Jira).
• You are skilled in the creation of cost overviews and offers.
• Design project plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients.
• Work independently, on your own responsibility, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and a great sense of responsibility.
• See yourself as a team player and already have some experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve the common goal.
