Job summary

economiesuisse is seeking a Project Manager for Strategic Projects in Zurich. You will plan, lead, and implement initiatives in economic policy dialogue, mobilization, and collaboration with entrepreneurs and partner organisations.

With a university degree and at least three years in project management, you’ll drive campaigns, build networks, and translate economics into accessible messages for diverse audiences, across departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• University degree and at least three years of professional experience in project management.
• Experience in political campaigning, ideally also in mobilization projects.
• Creativity, openness, and a desire to shape.
• Very good digital and editorial skills and a keen sense for political communication.
• You keep an overview and implement your projects efficiently and professionally with a sense of touch.
• You enjoy collaborating in project teams and with external service providers - ideally, you already have a network in business and politics.
• Excellent German language skills are required, good French and/or Italian skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and initiatives to strengthen mobilization capability of the economy.
• Work closely with association members and partner organizations.
• Build networks and coordinate existing and new formats to engage entrepreneurs in political debate.
• Campaign on various economic policy topics and proposals with the communication team.
• Manage and support projects in economic competencies and translate economics to target groups and channels.
• Lead and coordinate internal projects for further development of the association.
