Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. in Basel, Switzerland seeks a Program Coordinator to establish and maintain the program backbone, connecting strategic priorities, workstream plans, governance, reporting and financial transparency to enable effective program steering and decision-making.

You will coordinate updates, external partners, site visits, innovation sessions and other key activities, ensuring alignment with the program plan and roadmap while following governance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience creating integrated project plans with milestones and cross-functional schedules.
• Governance, forecasting, KPI reporting, risk tracking and executive reporting.
• Proactive risk, issue and dependency management across functions.
• Budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and performance tracking.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and external partners toward common goals.
• Establish governance and drive timely decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated program plan, milestones and dependencies across all workstreams.
• Coordinate timely and accurate financial updates, budget inputs and spend tracking.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, business cases and decision-support content.
• Facilitate cross-workstream alignment and escalate critical risks or delays.
• Coordinate external partners, visits, workshops and key program events.
• Build interfaces across Group Operations, Global Functions, Platforms and sites.
• Support program communication and change activities.
• Provide the Program Head with visibility on progress, priorities, risks, costs and decisions.
