Job summary

You will work with Site Leadership, project sponsors, and functions to optimize delivery and resources. Responsibilities include governance, prioritization, risk management, and cross-functional coordination, with a focus on improving data quality and reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in Biologics GMP manufacturing with operational context.
• Ability to lead teams and drive results across functions.
• Proficient in English and German; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead site portfolio governance including intake, validation, prioritization, approval and reviews.
• Maintain an integrated site portfolio including local initiatives and global projects.
• Provide visibility on portfolio status, milestones, financials, resource demand, risks and benefits.
• Coordinate resource demand and capacity planning across site functions.
• Ensure adherence to project and portfolio management standards and governance.
