Job summary

Lonza Group Ltd. seeks a Senior Director, Program Integration and Scale up Lead to drive integration of Advanced Industry workstreams into scalable solution packages.

You will maintain the consolidated maturity view, timing, dependencies and readiness, aggregating pilots and lighthouses into deployable blueprints. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multi-site interfaces, and ensure deployment-ready increments feed future capacity expansions and network growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Operations Management, Program / Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in Manufacturing & Business Transformation.
• Ability to manage integrated plans across multiple workstreams and timelines.
• Ability to convert solutions into clear deployment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Planning & Increment Synchronization across workstreams, pilots, lighthouses and increments.
• Blueprint & Solution Aggregation into coherent packages and manufacturing blueprint.
• Scale-Up & Deployment Readiness with criteria for deployment of increments.
• Portfolio & Value Integration to support prioritization and ROI.
• Risk & Stakeholder Integration by aligning platforms, sites and stakeholders.
