Lonza is seeking a Senior Director, Program Integration and Scale up Lead to help unite multiple workstreams into scalable, deployable solutions in the Advanced Industry space. You will own the integrated maturity view, timing, dependencies and readiness to accelerate deployment and capacity expansion across sites.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on coordination across manufacturing, technology, data, lab and facilities, ensuring validated increments become ready for deployment

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or Master in Business Administration, Operations Management, Program/Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in Manufacturing and Business Transformation.
• Ability to plan across multiple workstreams, manage dependencies and readiness.
• Proven ability to translate pilot outputs into scalable, deployable solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership across sites.

Aufgaben

• Maintain the integrated plan across workstreams, pilots, lighthouses and increments.
• Synchronize increment development with Genesis implementation timeline.
• Define deployment-readiness criteria for program increments.
• Own the integrated view of cross-workstream risks and dependencies.
• Drive alignment with manufacturing, technology, data, lab and facility solutions.
• Support portfolio and investment decisions with readiness and value insights.
