LHH Recruitment Solutions partners with a leading global healthcare and life sciences company in search of a Procurement Delivery Manager. You will drive strategic procurement across manufacturing operations, manage supplier relationships, and support cost-saving initiatives in a highly regulated environment.

You will deploy end-to-end procurement processes, align with Category Management, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize value while ensuring compliance and high service levels.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in business; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Business English fluency; local language knowledge encouraged.
• 3+ years procurement experience incl. contracting and spot buying.
• Experience with cost reduction and value improvement programs.
• Experience with enterprise systems and eSourcing tools.
• Strong communication and ability to translate requirements into specs.
• Knowledge of contract documentation processes.

Aufgaben

• Drive strategic procurement initiatives across manufacturing operations and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate sourcing processes (RfIs/RfQs/RfPs) and apply eSourcing tools.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contracting.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cost savings and value improvements.
• Collaborate with Category Management to address end-user needs.
• Support CSR initiatives related to suppliers and continuous improvement initiatives.
