Zusammenfassung

Adecco Switzerland is seeking Delivery/Sourcing Manager to lead procurement across a designated manufacturing network for a global pharma client. You will partner with operations to ensure efficient sourcing, supplier management, and the execution of procurement strategies that support business objectives.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Economics, or related field.
• Several years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Category Management, or Supply Chain Procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary procurement partner for manufacturing sites and operational stakeholders.
• Execute procurement and sourcing activities in alignment with category strategies.
• Manage supplier relationships, including supplier selection, contract negotiations, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
• Lead RFx processes, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and governance standards and support CSR initiatives related to suppliers.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to implement strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
