Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Director Global Contract Manufacturing to define and own the global category strategy, lead a team of Category Managers, and partner with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal. You will drive supplier negotiations, secure value, ensure supply continuity, and advance sustainability, digitalization, and risk management across regions.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience.
• 7+ years leading Contract Manufacturing categories in a global environment.
• 5+ years people management experience.
• Experience managing international supplier networks.
• Experience leading complex international negotiations and sourcing programs.
• Experience operating in regulated industries (Medical Devices/Healthcare/Life Sciences).

Aufgaben

• Define and own the global Contract Manufacturing category strategy and roadmap.
• Develop multi-year category plans aligned with business goals and manufacturing network optimization.
• Lead executive-level supplier negotiations and strategic contracting approaches.
• Establish governance models and manage supplier performance & risk programs.
• Drive sustainability, digitalization, and continuous improvement across the category.
• Partner with senior leaders across Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Legal.
