Zusammenfassung

LHH in the Lucerne area is seeking a Senior Specialist, Strategy & Operational Excellence (m/f/d) to lead strategic initiatives, operational excellence programs, and digital transformation in a GMP-regulated biotechnology manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and EHS to drive process simplification, KPI management, dashboards, and data-driven improvements, combining analytics with continuous improvement to strengthen site

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Operational Excellence, Biotechnology, Business Operations, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt, or equivalent certification.
• Advanced experience with Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Experience with data governance, automated reporting, and digital workflow implementation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing planning, scheduling, capacity management, and performance optimization.
• Experience in biologics manufacturing, technology transfer, or clinical supply environments.
• Exposure to automation, AI, advanced analytics, or low-code development platforms.
• Experience leading large-scale operational excellence or digital transformation projects.

Aufgaben

• Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce complexity.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence projects across manufacturing and business processes.
• Establish and standardize best practices, workflows, and governance models.
• Support strategic planning and align improvement initiatives with site/network objectives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop, monitor, and govern site KPIs with data-driven decision-making.
• Create dashboards, automated reporting, and BI tools for operational visibility.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support digital transformation and implementation of automated workflow solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into digital solutions.
• Support integrated planning to improve resource utilization and manufacturing performance.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops and performance reviews.
• Contribute to capacity planning, readiness assessments, and long-term site planning.
