mylife Diabetes Care is seeking a Head of Procurement to shape and develop procurement across growth, product, and manufacturing. You will personally lead important negotiations, manage supplier risks and engage in complex decisions affecting cost and supply.

You will build capability, lead the team, and work closely with sites and external manufacturers to ensure value, quality and scalability for our products.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience in Procurement, including strategic sourcing, supplier management and negotiations.
• Experience in MedTech, pharma or regulated manufacturing is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record leading people and transforming a Procurement organisation.

Aufgaben

• Set and evolve procurement strategy aligned with growth, product and manufacturing objectives.
• Lead and develop the procurement team and establish an effective operating rhythm.
• Negotiate with suppliers, manage escalations and supply risks across sites.
• Shape supplier portfolio through segmentation, category strategies and supplier development.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Operations.
• Ensure cost, quality, resilience and scalability to support growth.
