Taiho Oncology Europe is seeking a Senior Director, Market Access & Pricing to lead European market access, pricing and reimbursement strategies across our portfolio. The role partners with regional and global teams to shape value propositions, payer materials and evidence plans for launches and lifecycle management.

You will guide country teams, build market access capabilities, engage with HTA bodies and payers, and ensure compliant pricing governance.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Significant pharma/biotech market access experience.
• Proven success with European launches and pricing.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.

• Lead European market access, pricing and reimbursement strategies.
• Advise European leadership on opportunities, risks and value.
• Ensure payer and HTA considerations are integrated into development, launch, lifecycle.
• Support reimbursement negotiations and governance.
• Lead market access activities for launches and new indications.
• Represent Taiho with payers, HTA bodies and industry groups.
