Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for an Operational Pricing & Contracting Specialist for the Swiss DePuy Synthes team located in Zuchwill, Switzerland. The role focuses on end-to-end contract administration, pricing logic, and collaboration across Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize customer agreements.

You will work in a matrix organization, dealing with multiple stakeholders and ensuring timely contract execution and data integrity.

Qualifikationen

• Comfortable level of written and spoken German and English. French would be an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Gain a full understanding of pricing logic and business models; immerse in end-to-end process from contract negotiations to implementation; identify areas for improvement.
• Review latest standard contracts in collaboration with legal, for new business models not yet covered.
• Proactively review contracts related to customer pricing conditions for completeness and consistency; ensure easy implementation of negotiated terms.
• Formalize processes including Roles & Responsibilities, steps to be followed, predefined controls.
• Manage contract status, reminders and archiving both physically and digitally.
• Act as Power User for contracting repository software and a contact point for the system.
• Roll-out new digital tools to track contract stages and secure timely sign-off.
• Support operational pricing in change processes including maintenance, customer lists and SOX documentation.
• Assist quotations team with calculation and creation of one-time offers.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders from pricing, account management, finance, customer services, supply chain.
• Develop and implement new processes and controls around operational execution excellence.
• Introduce new tools with IT and EMEA teams to minimise manual work.
