• Experience in contracting and deal structuring is a plus.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with solid business acumen.
• Project management skills and ability to lead complex initiatives.
• Excellent German and English written and spoken; second language desired.

Aufgaben

• Report to the Commercial Lead of the Swiss Surgery organization.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Management, Operational Pricing, Sales and Marketing.
• Develop data-driven pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
• Prepare launches, go-to-market models and portfolio segmentations.
• Assess pricing KPIs and provide management with actionable insights.
• Lead pricing analyses with local sales force tools and processes.
• Support account strategies with alternative pricing models.
• Coordinate regular pricing reviews with leadership.
