Job summary

Hitachi Energy Holdings Ltd. in Zurich seeks a PMO Lead for Legal & Integrity Operations to bring structure and clarity to strategic initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Legal, Integrity, Legal Tech, IS, and AI to land initiatives with measurable impact.

The role focuses on translating business needs into actionable plans, tracking milestones, and providing leadership-ready updates to executives. A background in project governance and AI-enabled delivery is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, or related field.
• Approximately 5–10 years in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Ability to turn strategy into execution with an outcome focus.
• Good business analysis incl. requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Confident with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Experience with Power BI, Teams, Loop or Copilot for collaboration and reporting.
• Fluency in English for executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Keep a clear view of the transformation portfolio, including priorities, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Define simple plans with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Track progress, identify blockers, and drive follow-through on actions.
• Prepare decision-ready updates for leadership and governance forums.
• Translate legal and operational needs into structured business and technical requirements.
• Act as a bridge between Legal, Integrity, Legal Tech, IS, AI teams, and vendors.
• Support AI and legal tech initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Use tools like Power BI, Loop, Copilot to improve visibility.
