Qualifikationen

• Significant experience in PMO leadership and programme management.
• Experience working with executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Strong governance, planning, financial management and reporting.
• Fluent English; professional proficiency in French is an advantage.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland.

Aufgaben

• Establish and operate governance frameworks for complex transformation programmes.
• Translate objectives into roadmaps with milestones, deliverables and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate work across business, technology, vendors and other delivery partners.
• Prepare and facilitate steering committees, programme reviews and executive decision forums.
• Develop AI-enabled reporting and dashboards to improve transparency and accountability.
• Support client success and ensure value realization.
