Job summary

Zurich Insurance in Zurich, Switzerland, is seeking a Head of Legal IT and Business Operations (80-100%) to provide strategic legal support across IT, operations and sourcing. You will lead a high-performing team and shape the legal strategy in alignment with Zurich’s priorities.

You will advise on complex contracts, drive governance, collaborate with global stakeholders, and develop templates and intra-group agreements while ensuring resilience and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive expertise in sourcing and negotiations, particularly IT services.
• Strong track record in leading teams and shaping legal strategy.
• Experience in international contracts or global organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice on IT and business operations matters, including cybersecurity and resilience.
• Lead drafting, review and negotiation of complex sourcing agreements, including major IT contracts.
• Develop and maintain templates and intra-group agreements to improve governance.
