Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, operations, or related field.
• 5–10 years of multinational experience.
• Strong experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• Outcome-focused mindset and ability to turn strategy into execution.
• Strong business analysis, including requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Fluency in English for stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a single view of the transformation portfolio with priorities, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Define simple plans with clear ownership, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Track progress, spot blockers early, and drive follow-through on actions.
• Prepare decision-ready updates for leadership and governance forums.
• Bridge between Legal, Integrity, AI teams, IS, and vendors.
• Support AI and legal tech initiatives by defining use-cases and measurable outcomes.
• Utilize Power BI, Loop, Copilot, and Microsoft Teams to improve visibility.
