Nicoll Curtin is recruiting for a Business Management Support – Group Transformation in Zurich. You will work with senior leadership, supporting operations, financial planning, governance and executive reporting within a newly established transformation function.

The role requires 5–8+ years in project management or PMO, strong budgeting and reporting skills, advanced PowerPoint and Excel, and excellent English. A background in financial services or multinationals is preferred.

Formación

• 5–8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, management consulting or business management/chief-of-staff functions.
• Strong financial planning, budgets, forecasts and management reporting.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills for senior-management presentations.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional stakeholders, manage competing priorities and deliver independently.
• Strong governance, risk awareness, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience in a large financial services, insurance/reinsurance or multinational organisation is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate budget planning, forecasts, cost-centre tracking and financial reporting.
• Prepare senior-management PowerPoint presentations, speaker notes and decision-making materials.
• Support CO₂ and travel budget management, workforce planning and FTE reporting.
• Maintain project plans, action logs, milestones, dependencies and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Coordinate recurring governance, risk management and business-management activities.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Finance, HR, Procurement and other stakeholders.
• Support employee engagement, internal communications and organisational transitions.
• Improve and standardise recurring processes, templates and reporting routines.
