Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics to be based in Zuchwil, Switzerland. The role leads governance of planning master data, develops KPIs, and partners with IT to drive data-driven decisions in Orthopedics.

You will guide analytics, manage master data, and collaborate with Planning Directors to implement BI tools and reporting, delivering operational excellence across global supply chains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in supply chain analytics or related field.
• Expertise in Master Data Management and data governance.
• Experience with SAP or JD Edwards (JDE).

Responsabilités

• Govern planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, sourcing rules).
• Build KPI frameworks to measure forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels.
• Analyze datasets and deliver actionable insights to improve planning performance.
• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Planning Directors to implement BI tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Lead master data management initiatives ensuring data accuracy and standardization.
