Qualifications

• Required Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, or related discipline.
• Typically 15+ years of progressive experience in global supply chain and transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale APS and ERP transformations.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end planning processes and data governance.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the multi-year global strategy, target architecture, investment roadmap for Planning Systems & Processes.
• Lead the selection, design, implementation, and adoption of a single enterprise APS and ERP.
• Partner with ERP leadership to define planning requirements and transition to one ERP.
• Provide executive leadership for Company Separation across core planning systems.
• Establish global process ownership for demand, supply, inventory, distribution, capacity planning.
• Chair cross-functional design and governance forums.
• Own the integrated transformation portfolio, milestones, budgets, and benefits.
• Define data ownership and a single source of truth for decision-making.
• Drive digital enablement, analytics, automation, and responsible AI in planning.
