Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes orthopedics division is hiring a Manager, Planning Parameters & Analytics to govern planning master data and analytics across global sites, including Zuchwil. You will drive data-driven decision making and improvements in planning performance.

You will work with Planning Directors, IT, and business partners to implement KPI frameworks, dashboards, and governance policies, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, IT, analytics.
• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Expertise in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance.
• Strong ERP experience with SAP and/or JD Edwards (JDE).
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Define governance for planning parameters: lead times, lot sizes, reorder points.
• Develop KPI frameworks to measure forecast accuracy, inventory health, service levels.
• Analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights to improve planning performance.
• Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate to implement BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Lead master data management initiatives across systems.
• Support ERP enhancements and data architecture improvements.
