Hyperscale Power is building the power backbone for the AI data center era. The Partner Manager will own strategic technology and supply partnerships end to end—from deal conception to contract closure—collaborating with the CTO, Head of Operations, and leadership to scale the partner ecosystem.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape partnerships at an early stage with direct visibility to the founders and leadership, including cross-functional collaboration across Engineering,

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategic partnerships, alliance management, business development, or strategic sourcing.
• Working understanding of power electronics or complex hardware supply chains; ability to discuss technical topics with engineering/partners.
• Track record structuring and closing complex commercial or technology agreements (joint development partnerships, licensing, supply agreements).

Aufgaben

• Own strategic technology and supply partnerships from conception through contract closure.
• Establish deal structures for joint development partnerships (IP, licensing, SOW, GTM).
• Drive joint roadmaps and cadence with partners and ensure accountability.
• Cultivate relationships with ecosystem partners ensuring specs, quality and delivery.
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts; monitor performance and trends with Ops lead.
• Support go-to-market and channel partnerships as the company expands.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Finance and Legal to ensure sound agreements.
• Maintain a clear map of the partner ecosystem and escalation paths.
• Contribute to strategy with a focus on core know-how and schedule.
