Zusammenfassung

Green.ch AG is seeking a Senior Director – Hyperscale Data Center Solutions EMEA to lead the commercial development of strategic hyperscale opportunities and build long-term relationships with global hyperscalers, AI infrastructure providers, and cloud companies.

You will identify new market opportunities, develop executive account strategies, and lead complex, high-value transactions for colocation, powered shell, Build-to-Suit, and large-scale data center campus solutions.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of enterprise or strategic sales in data center, cloud or digital infrastructure.
• Proven track record closing hyperscale infra transactions of 20 MW+; 100 MW+ a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of hyperscaler procurement and data center business models.
• Strong executive communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to navigate complex international stakeholder environments.

Aufgaben

• Own the commercial development and growth of strategic hyperscale accounts across EMEA.
• Identify, qualify and secure new hyperscale opportunities for large-scale deployments.
• Develop long-term account strategies for global cloud/hyperscale customers.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
• Lead complex sales engagements including Colocation, Powered Shell and Build-to-Suit.
• Coordinate bid teams across Technical Sales, Engineering, Construction, Operations, Finance and Legal.
• Structure commercial solutions balancing customer requirements with Green’s objectives.
• Lead negotiations for high-value, multi-year agreements.
• Drive executive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and CRM discipline.
• Contribute to Green’s hyperscale go-to-market strategy.
