Zusammenfassung

Hyperscale Power is seeking a Senior Product Manager / Business Development lead to own the product from market requirements to launch and to drive strategic partnerships, alliances and business opportunities. You will bridge engineering, sales and strategy to translate customer needs into compelling product specs.

The role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and business strategy, with visibility to founders and leadership. HQ is in Egg b.

Qualifikationen

5+ years of experience in product management and/or business development.
Track record of hardware product launches.
Understanding of power electronics concepts.
Experience in supplier/customer/alliances negotiations.
Strong analytical, market research, pricing, and business case modeling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluency in English; German helpful.

Aufgaben

Own roadmap and business case for power conversion platform.
Coordinate between engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing.
Translate market needs into product specs.
Conduct competitive analysis and pricing.
Develop briefs, sales guides and training material.
Define go-to-market vision and partnerships.
Lead due diligence for strategic initiatives.
