Job summary

Roche is seeking a Head of Diagnostics Strategy to shape the divisional strategy, align with business areas and global functions, and drive high-impact strategic initiatives across the organization. The role reports to the Head of Roche Diagnostics Strategy & Partnering and partners with the divisional CEO and leadership team.

Qualifications

• Extensive multidisciplinary work experience in diagnostics/pharma/biotech.
• Post-graduate degree in finance, business, or life sciences (MBA preferred).
• Proven track record in corporate strategy development.
• Experience leading large-scale business planning processes.
• Ability to work in a matrix, across geographies and time zones.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Willingness to travel 20–40%.

• Define and evolve the Diagnostics long-range strategy with key stakeholders.
