Job summary

CTC Resourcing Solutions is assisting a global leader in API production and process support to find a Materials Requirements Planner for a Visp, Switzerland contract until 2027 with potential extension. The role focuses on maintaining and improving material availability to support the production plan.

You will liaise with multiple functions to adjust plans, implement procurement actions, and drive inventory optimization while tracking KPIs. Swiss-based work with potential for extension."

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in SCM, Procurement or relevant field.
• Min. 5 years’ experience as a Materials Requirements Planner.
• Experience with MRP, PO management and supplier expediting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve materials planning to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Liaise with key functions to update material plans amid plan changes or shortages.
• Convert plans into purchase requisitions and purchase orders; manage BOMs and NJIs.
• Expedite material availability by coordinating with procurement and inbound teams.
• Develop safety stock and inventory plans to meet production plans and reduce waste.
