Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Materials Planner for an on-site role in Grens, Vaud. You’ll collaborate across functions to ensure demand and supply planning is accurate, timely, and aligned with inventory strategy, while maintaining ERP data integrity.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred), 8–10 years in planning, APICS certification, Oracle EBS/ASCP experience, Lean and ISO13485 knowledge, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8–10 years proven experience in Materials Planning and Execution.
• APICS certification preferred; Oracle knowledge (EBS) and ASCP experience is advantageous.
• Lean manufacturing experience and ISO13485 knowledge are pluses.

Responsibilities

• Create a production plan aligned to demand volumes and inventory strategy.
• Integrate supply constraints into the plan and escalate gaps proactively.
• Run alternate scenario planning and communicate production priorities.
• Coordinate with Quality, MFG, Sourcing, Customer Service and Distribution.
• Maintain ERP master data accuracy (LT, MOQ, safety stock, batch size).
• Support ECO/ECR changes affecting planning or production flows.
• Monitor metrics: Liquidations, On-time delivery, Inventory.
