CTC is recruiting on behalf of a global market leader in production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients for a 12-month Scheduler position in Switzerland. The role focuses on ownerSHIP of end-to-end schedules for programs (operational readiness) and coordinating with QA, QC, Ops, MSAT, Plant Eng, and support teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in similar pharmaceutical manufacturing roles, strong experience with Primavera P6, and fluency in English (German a plus).

Qualifikationen

• Requires Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU citizenship.
• Minimum 5 years in similar roles within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with Primavera P6; data-driven with strong Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end schedules for programs (operational readiness).
• Lead meetings with internal stakeholders (QA, QC, Ops, MSAT, Plant Eng, support) for schedule updates.
• Support and plan project scheduling and related tasks beyond scheduling.
