Takeda Pharma AG in Zurich is seeking an Access Manager to shape market access strategies, influence pricing, reimbursement, and patient access across the portfolio, and partner with cross-functional teams to align with country objectives.

You will conduct economic analyses, engage with payers and decision-makers, ensure compliance, and communicate compelling value propositions to stakeholders in German or English. This role is based in Zurich, with full-time employment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in life sciences, health economics, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market access, pricing, and reimbursement.
• Knowledge of national pricing, HTA, health economics, and payer decision-making.
• Ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders.
• German and English language proficiency; French or Italian is advantageous.

• Develop and execute market access strategies that support country objectives and address complex access challenges.
• Lead market research and pricing studies to inform access and reimbursement decisions.
• Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams on market access strategy and implementation.
• Conduct economic and access analyses and propose improvements.
• Support pricing and reimbursement negotiations and engage with external stakeholders.
• Design and implement pricing and reimbursement approaches aligned with country plans.
• Communicate compelling value propositions to stakeholders and payers.
• Ensure compliance across all access activities with legal and company standards.
