Zusammenfassung

EY-Parthenon in Switzerland is seeking a senior Strategy & Execution professional to lead Transaction Strategy and Integration initiatives within the EY-P practice, working with cross-functional, multicultural teams on complex M&A and transformation programs.

You will develop client relationships, guide project delivery, and support pursuit activities while staying current with industry knowledge. English is essential; German and/or French are a plus. Travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of related work experience; or a Master's/MBA degree and approximately 4 years.
• A completed business or STEM degree.
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions, transformations, value creation, synergies, or business integrations.
• Ability to assess technology, operations, or manufacturing risks and opportunities.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English; German and/or French are a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Committed to staying current with industry knowledge and global business trends.

Aufgaben

• Lead client engagement teams delivering Transaction Strategy to secure deal value.
• Show expertise in integrations, carve-outs, and other transaction engagements.
• Lead project execution: synergy assessment, management, problem-solving, facilitation.
• Identify risks in integration/separation plans and timelines.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
• Support business development: prepare presentations and join pursuit meetings.
