EY-Parthenon (EY-P) in Basel invites experienced strategy consultants to join our Transaction Strategy and Execution practice. You will drive deal value through rigorous analysis, program leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.

We seek candidates with 6+ years of relevant experience, MBAs or advanced degrees, and a proven ability to manage complex integrations and client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Travel flexibility is needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or MBA, with relevant work experience in strategy consulting.
• Experience in mergers & acquisitions, transformations, value creation, synergies or integrations.
• Strong ability to analyse technology, operations or manufacturing for risks and opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German/French a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead Transaction Strategy and Execution teams to secure deal value.
• Oversee integrations, carve-outs, and other transaction engagements.
• Demonstrate project management, synergy assessment and issue facilitation.
• Identify risks and timelines for integration/separation planning.
• Build client relationships and support business development activities.
