EY in Switzerland seeks a Manager or Senior Manager to lead and deliver transformation programs across people, technology and business. You will work with senior client stakeholders to design and enable adoption of change, learning, and workforce initiatives.

You will manage workstreams or programs, develop client relationships, coach teams, and contribute to business development, with fluency in English and knowledge of German/French being a strong asset in the Swiss market.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years of experience in consulting or industry, focused on change management, learning, HR transformation, or workforce transformation.
• Experience delivering complex transformation programs and managing client stakeholders.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage teams and workstreams while maintaining a high-quality client experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead design and delivery of organizational change, learning, culture, and workforce transformation initiatives for leading organizations.
• Partner with client executives to develop strategies that increase adoption and realization of business benefits.
• Guide clients through business and technology transformations, including ERP, digital, AI-enabled, and operating model transformation programs.
• Manage project teams and coach junior colleagues to deliver high-quality outcomes and exceptional client experiences.
• Drive business development activities, including client relationship management, proposal development, commercial discussions, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Lead workstreams or end-to-end programs from strategy and design through implementation and sustainment.
• Contribute to EY's People Consulting practice through innovation, thought leadership, people development, and market activities.
