Zusammenfassung

EY in Switzerland seeks a Manager to lead technology strategy and transformation engagements for CIO/CDO/CTO level clients. You will shape enterprise IT strategies, architecture and digital programs, manage projects and teams, and collaborate across EY’s global network.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in Big4 or strategy consultancies, excellent English and German language skills, and a strong foundation in IT strategy, digital transformation and enterprise architecture.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree from a reputable University with excellent academic records.
• 6+ years of experience in Big4 consultancies, Strategy Houses or similar department within industry organizations or niche consultancies.
• People and project management experience.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem solving skills, presentation and communication skills.
• Before all, you have a keen interest in Technology. We hire for the mindset in priority, not the skill set.
• Excellent skills in both written and verbal English and German/French (both would be an advantage).

Aufgaben

• Contribute to engagement teams to realize clients’ strategy, process, people, and technology transformations
• Lead small teams of 2-3 consultants and support senior leadership progress
• Own end-to-end deliverables for clients and manage project finances
• Identify risks and coordinate with senior team members
• Build strong relationships with clients and EY colleagues
• Support recruiting and developing consulting professionals
