Zusammenfassung

EY-Parthenon in Zurich is seeking an (Senior) M&A Consultant to join the Transactions Corporate Finance (TCF) team. You will work on high-profile buy-side and sell-side transactions in the financial services sector, engaging with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

The role offers exposure to due diligence, valuation, financial modeling and business development initiatives within a leading mid-market M&A team.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and review key transaction deliverables, including information memoranda, teasers, process materials, management presentations and other client-facing materials.
• Perform and review company financial models and valuations using market multiples, precedent transactions, DCF analyses and other valuation methodologies.
• Support and execute M&A transactions from origination through closing, coordinating and interacting with clients, lawyers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct industry, market and company analyses to support strategic decision-making and transaction execution.
• Develop target identification and buyer screening analyses, including long lists and short lists.
• Participate in and coordinate due diligence processes, identify key findings and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Execute multiple projects and workstreams with tight deadlines.
• Support business development initiatives, including pitch preparation and proposal development.
