World Economic Forum in Geneva is seeking a senior programme leader to shape and deliver the Transforming Industrial Ecosystems (TIE) programme. You will manage projects and partner engagement, translating complex energy and industrial topics into actionable insights for global senior audiences.

Based in Geneva, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive research outputs and contribute to high-level events within a multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 6–7 years of experience in energy transition, industrial transformation, decarbonization or related areas.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder projects and senior partnerships is essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead selected Transforming Industrial Ecosystems (TIE) projects and TIC workstreams from scoping to delivery and follow-up.
• Develop and manage relationships with senior partners from companies, governments and international organizations.
• Lead foresight products, research reports and knowledge materials on industrial transformation and energy topics.
• Coordinate programme operations, meetings and knowledge management to ensure timely delivery.
