Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in international relations, sustainability, energy, industrial transformation or related discipline.
• 6–7 years of relevant professional experience in private, public or non-profit sectors with expertise in energy transition, industrial transformation, decarbonization, energy systems or climate policy.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic projects within the Transforming Industrial Ecosystems (TIE) programme from scoping to delivery and follow-up.
• Develop project plans, milestones, governance structures, and coordinate internal teams and external partners.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and resources, and provide updates to programme leadership.
• Build and manage senior partner engagement with companies, industry associations, governments and international bodies.
• Lead foresight, research, and thought leadership on industrial transformation and energy topics.
• Drive programme operations, events and knowledge management, including planning and meetings.
