The World Economic Forum’s Geneva office is seeking a temporary Specialist for the Transforming Industrial Ecosystems (TIE) programme. Based in Geneva, you will lead strategic projects, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and drive foresight, research and knowledge products that advance industrial transformation and energy transition.

The role requires strong coordination, narrative development and impact-driven execution.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in international relations, business administration, sustainability, energy, industrial transformation or a related discipline.
• 6–7 years of relevant professional experience in energy transition, industrial transformation, decarbonization, energy systems or climate policy.
• Experience working with business and industry stakeholders is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead selected Transforming Industrial Ecosystems (TIE) programme projects and TIC workstreams from scoping through delivery, evaluation and follow-up.
• Develop project plans, milestones and governance structures; coordinate internal teams, external experts and partners; manage risks and resources.
• Build and manage senior partner engagement across companies, industry bodies and governments; prepare and lead partner meetings and workshops.
• Lead foresight, research and thought leadership on industrial transformation and energy topics; translate analysis into actionable insights for decision-makers.
