Zusammenfassung

Global Roles seeks a Specialist to lead and deliver initiatives within the Transforming Industrial Ecosystems programme in Geneva. You will manage projects, engage senior stakeholders, and contribute to research and knowledge products advancing industrial transformation and energy transition.

You will develop plans, coordinate internal teams and external experts, monitor progress, and present findings to programme leadership. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in international relations, business administration, sustainability, energy, industrial transformation or a related discipline.
• 6–7 years of relevant professional experience in energy transition, industrial transformation, decarbonization, energy systems, energy economics or climate policy.
• Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders and working across international and cross-functional environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder projects, research initiatives or programmes.

Aufgaben

• Lead selected Transforming Industrial Ecosystems (TIE) programme projects and TIC workstreams from scoping to delivery and follow-up.
• Develop project plans, milestones, governance structures and manage risks, dependencies and resources.
• Support industrial clusters in developing shared visions and action plans for scalable transformation.
• Monitor progress, capture lessons learned, and provide updates to programme leadership.
• Develop relationships with senior representatives from companies, industry associations, governments and international organizations.
