World Economic Forum in Geneva seeks a senior strategist to lead the Green Growth Pathways regional roadmaps and nature-positive investment workstreams. You will work with business, policy and finance leaders to translate climate and nature ambitions into investible pathways and regional actions.

You will develop strategy, manage multi-stakeholder initiatives, and drive external engagement while delivering flagship outputs and influential publications.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainability.
• Demonstrated expertise in nature, climate, resilience, sustainable business transformation, and sustainable finance.
• Strong understanding of nature-positive transitions in business.

Aufgaben

• Strategy and Content Development: Set strategic direction for the Regional Roadmaps workstream as part of Green Growth Pathways initiative.
• Develop regional roadmaps for geographies that integrate climate, nature and resilience with economic development.
• Develop thought leadership to align finance and investment with nature-positive outcomes.
• Deliver data analysis and written outputs for flagship WEF publications with knowledge partners.
• Lead communications, thought leadership and external positioning for nature-positive, climate-aligned and resilient transitions.
• External engagement: Engage leaders across industries, finance and government to advance objectives and drive impact.
• Steward and expand working groups and executive communities of partners; organize workshops and community activities.
• Ensure successful delivery of initiative milestones.
