The World Economic Forum in Geneva is seeking a Specialist to lead the Transforming Industrial Ecosystems (TIE) programme within CENMAT. You will shape and deliver initiatives, manage multi-stakeholder relationships and translate complex energy and industrial topics into actionable insights for leaders.

This temporary position runs from October 2026 to June 2027, based in Geneva. The role requires strategic thinking, strong project management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic projects and TIC workstreams from scoping and planning through delivery, evaluation and follow-up.
• Develop project plans, milestones and governance structures; coordinate internal teams, external experts and partners; proactively manage risks, dependencies and resources.
• Build and manage senior partner engagement with companies, industry associations, governments, international organizations and other stakeholders.
• Lead foresight, research and thought leadership on industrial transformation, decarbonization and related energy topics.
• Drive programme operations, events and institutional coordination, planning and knowledge management to ensure timely delivery.
