Vetropack Holding is seeking a Group Key Accounts & Customer Experience Manager to lead strategic account management across the group and strengthen customer-centric capabilities. Qualifikationen

• Proven expertise in leading and managing key accounts and driving strategic growth.
• 7+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a Key Account Management leadership role.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities.
• Fluent English (C1) with strong CRM and digital sales tool proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholder influence.
