Michael Page is representing an established international organization seeking an HR Business Partner. You will act as a key HR contact for managers and employees, providing guidance on a broad range of people-related matters and supporting employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters and organizational changes.

Qualifikationen

You must have relevant HR generalist experience in an international or fast-paced setting.
Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management and recruitment processes.
Fluent in French with English and/or German recommended.

Aufgaben

Act as a key HR contact for managers and employees and guide on a broad range of people-related matters.
Support employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and organizational changes.
Manage recruitment activities from staffing needs to offers and contracts.
Coordinate talent management processes including performance reviews, talent reviews and development initiatives.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding and maintain job descriptions and org structures.
Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and employee engagement initiatives.
