Michael Page is seeking an HR Business Partner for a temporary assignment in Basel, Switzerland. You will advise leaders on HR frameworks, drive workforce planning, support recruitment, and lead initiatives promoting inclusion and workforce development in a multicultural environment.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10 years HR experience in an international environment.
• Minimum 3–4 years as HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of HR frameworks, policies and employment practices.
• Proven expertise in workforce and succession planning.
• Experience handling sensitive employee relations matters and supporting managers.

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to leaders and employees on performance and talent management.
• Support workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning and capability building.
• Drive talent development initiatives including career planning and upskilling.
• Advise on complex employee relations issues and long-term absence cases.

• Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decisions.
