You will lead People & Culture initiatives, coach leaders, and rely on data analytics to inform decisions while collaborating with HR Centres of Expertise to drive an inclusive, high-performing workforce.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or a related field.
• Several years of HR experience, including advisory or business partnering roles.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience managing complex employee relations matters with discretion and integrity.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, performance management and organisational development.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leaders to provide strategic HR insights that support workforce planning and organisational effectiveness.
• Advise on complex people matters, Swiss HR policies, and employee relations with professionalism.
• Support shaping HR strategies and programmes with HR Centres of Expertise to strengthen culture.
• Lead and improve HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Coach leaders on performance management practices and feedback.
• Address employee relations matters with fair, compliant, and well-documented processes.
• Drive People & Culture initiatives such as engagement, wellbeing, leadership development, diversity and inclusion.
• Design and deliver training to strengthen leadership and capabilities.
• Use people data to identify trends, generate insights, and inform decisions.
• Support change management through communication and adoption of HR programmes.
• Collaborate with HR team and business functions to deliver cohesive people solutions.
